Shipping Information

Alooda is a small entity, so carrying large amounts of stock is not currently viable, if we are holding stock we will endevour to ship orders domestic or international within 48 hours of receipt of payment. However, we may need to make your orders up, this will inevitably delay our dispatch times, you will be notified on the likely lead times after placing your order. Our intention is to keep you, our loyal customers happy and ship to you as soon as possible.

All shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the weight of the items.

DELIVERY AREAS

Domestic

All deliveries to the UK mainland will be shipped via Royal Mail using 2nd class signed for delivery.

While we understand you will be hungry to receive your Alooda merchandise all good things come to those who wait, so we have opted to use Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for delivery to keep the cost down and security up.

We will not deliver to P O Boxes.

Once the item has left our facility it is the responsibility of the of the customer, so please check you item for damages before opening.

International

All international deliveries will be shipped through Royal Mail International service. We are offering a;

Tracked service fully tracked and signed for by you on receipt. 

Delivery is estimated at 4-10 days, countries outside the EU and the US may take longer.

Duties and taxes imposed by your country of residence are the responsibility of the recipient and usually payable on receipt of the goods.

Once the item has left our facility it is the responsibility of the of the customer, so please check you item for damages before opening.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with the item you’ve ordered. If you are in anyway unhappy with your item or you have ordered the wrong size, return it to us and we’ll be happy to refund or swop it for another size. The returned goods must be in perfect re-saleable condition, with any tags, barcodes or labels attached and returned to us with 14 days of receipt and at your own expense.

We recommend that you return your items using a recorded/insured delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Return Instructions

Please email us first to inform us your item is being returned and the reason for its return at: returns@alooda.com

Include an original order receipt or a note in the package with your order reference and reason for return, to keep things efficient our end.

If you want an exchange please state your choice clearly.

(If your item came with free incentives, these also need to be returned in perfect resalable condition, any missing incentives will be charged at their normal retail price

Please allow 28 days for all returns to be processed.

Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card used for the original payment.
